We ordered a banquet for our birthday, there were 28 people, it was just awful, spoiled the mood all day. 1. Administrator Tatiana, took our order a few weeks before the banquet, promised beautifully that everything would be fine and we had nothing to worry about, as a result, everything went not according to plan even before the banquet. We talked to her and ordered a banquet inside and said that we would have a presenter and a musician, they warned. As a result, they put us on the street and said that you did not warn us that you would have a Host and a musician. As a result, we sat down and a little time passed and their musician and singer came, who then sang the whole evening and prevented us from conducting our program, which was not free During the banquet, the administrator was called so she did not even come out to us, and when they started calling her, she answered in a rude manner and snapped at our comments. 2. The food on the tables was not all that was ordered, they ordered Salas with tuna, which they asked to bring as soon as they sat down at the table, as a result, they waited 1 hour and brought a salad with salmon, but we refused it, because this dish was ordered 2 weeks ago, really it was impossible to prepare, the carpacho was also waited for about 2 hours, in the end they brought it. 3. The waiters did not cope with their duties at all, they did not clean the tables, and even when they were asked, they came in 10-15 minutes, I understand that there are a lot of banquets, but there is no need to recruit or need to hire more waiters. P.S. I really didn’t like it and I don’t recommend this place to anyone, terrible service and in particular the administrator Tatiana, don’t believe her she’s a liar, we will never order again and will never come here !!!!!!

"Syto - Piano" is a very good restaurant in the city of Kremenchuk. We recently managed to visit it. He is comfortable, cozy, beautiful in his own way. Service and attitude towards visitors are at a high level. A homely atmosphere of comfort is created there. The dishes are delicious and hearty, the presentation and presentation are chic.
