It was twice. The first time everything was wonderful, we ate deliciously, we were served by a young, polite guy (I do not remember the name), affordable prices. The second time the impressions were worse. Lowering the star for a fat plate, which was brought to our table and after asking to replace it, the waiter silently left with a dissatisfied expression. No kindness, no courtesy, no apology was heard. It is unrealistic to wait for a waiter on the third floor. I recommend making a button to call the waiter. Drinks waited a long time. The waitresses are not attentive and with all their appearance show "how everyone got them". Also do not remove trays free from a table which was made by the last waiter. I really like your establishment, but the service is poor. We were also disappointed by the greasy plate they brought us. When asked to change - instead of an apology - a dissatisfied facial expression.

Dear Brewery administration, please pay attention to the communication of your staff with customers. It must be polite and respectful. Talking to your administrator today, who was accepting a pre-order, I was very disappointed with the conversation. Such disrespect and excessive attitude towards me was extremely unpleasant !!! And I advise you to teach her to speak Ukrainian and reconsider your attitude to people in general. It seems that I have to pay her personally for booking a table for me and talking to me in general.

Wonderful place. Delicious liqueurs, food. The beer is delicious, but not for everybody. It's hard to find a free table, although the square is huge there. There, many people just thump, so sometimes it is very noisy because of some of the characters. I managed to attend the intro of one cover of the band once - it was cool. A serious disadvantage is the irresponsibility of the waiters and the admin. When you come and ask if there are empty seats. They say that now they recognize and disappear somewhere. This happens on an ongoing basis. Only because of this minus the star.

As for the kitchen, good. Tasty. As for the service - disgusting. Empty containers are not removed from the tables. None of the staff came up the whole evening. I ordered lat - waited almost an hour. Everyone is running by. No tip is the minimum for this establishment.
