I'm not talking about good afternoon, goodbye, come again. I handed over the passport, the woman Natalya began to carry out all the copying operations with one hand, after that, she could not hold the passport, her own phone is more important, she dropped my passport on the floor, in the dirt, where my legs are usually. For this fact I didn’t apologize, I didn’t even look into my eyes, naturally I was talking on the phone all this time. As a result, the passport is dirty, you never know what could get on it, because she goes to the toilet and down the street. I was very offended and unpleasant, as they spat in my soul. Around the coronavirus, infections, and then such disrespect for customers. Nobody even thought to apologize. Simple operation, standard and then, such is the attitude. Is it really impossible to put down the phone, do the work and then talk again. I did not notice this for other employees, even the director is very attentive to clients and will not allow himself such liberties at work as talking on the phone, when you do work, then the director, and then the seller.
