They sewed a swimsuit to order, provided live samples, photos. Let's start with the fact that the production time took 8 days. Although they said the earlier the better. After preliminary sewing, they were invited to try on at the specified time by the master (Potakuev), made to wait another half hour, since the swimsuit was not ready for fitting. After trying on, they said that they would be ready the day after tomorrow, with grief they begged in half the next day, since he was already needed. The next day they came again at the specified time by the master, said it was not ready, come back in half an hour, after half an hour they came, and again not ready, I had to wait another half hour. The overall impression is very negative, for a very long time, the item was not ready at the promised time. Wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this place, don't waste your time.

The quality of work is good, however, the service is just trash. At the reception, the woman is more or less polite, but the master - how lucky. If the studio employee is in a bad mood, the client will immediately feel it, it has happened many times. I waited for a long time for the orders to be fulfilled, and after arriving more than a week later, I sat and waited for the seamstress to finish sewing quickly ... despite the previously agreed deadlines, I had to come twice. This kind of unprofessionalism is unacceptable (in my opinion), because the customer's impression is almost a key factor for profit.

Friendly sellers. The choice is large, but you can work on it. In general, good.

Wonderful staff, affordable prices, a huge selection of fabrics, accessories, beads ... But I would like a terminal and a working day on Sunday.
