Staff were superb

The staff is very friendly, especially the reception. There is a new girl, Nataliya, who speaks good English and she did all she could to make my stay even more pleasant. I also liked the location, just around the corner of the pedestrian street with many cafes and restaurants, the garden restaurant and the spacious rooms

Yesterday we arrived to this hotel, the receptions was really nice and we did check in. We went to our room to discover that the room preparation was made for one guest. The shower room looked clean but the smell of the room was so awful and smells like something was dead over there. We went to the reception and told it, she didn't seems to be surprised. After the check in the administration told us that tomorrow there will be no water in the hotel from 9am, that made us wake up early just for having a morning shower. We went to eat breakfast but most of the food was finished and it took a while to fill it. That was one of the poorest breakfast I had. I can tell you that in some of the hostels that I've been in, I had much better breakfast. I don't recommend you to go to this hotel, if you are going to relax and have fun that not the right place. The only thing that was good is the hotel location except that, I don't recommend you to go there.
