Fantastic wine, calm and peacefull, but soup made on european manner with water) where is Georgia hot's?

I had been in this restaurant many times, their service quality was decreasing day by day but I saw that they finally reduced it to 0 level at my last visit. I ordered Greek salad and chashushuli and started to wait for my food, nearly after one hour I couldn't hold myself anymore and I asked about where my food is. They could finally bring the salad. I finished the salad and continue to wait for chashushuli. It had been an hour and a half, my food hadn't been serviced yet. I couldn't believe that, they even didn't tell me what the problem was. After I wanted the bill, because I got really mad and started to starve. They brought it. I wanted to talk with the person in charge, I asked him why they didn't bring my food, he didn't answer and even no sorry. Unbelievable!!! It was really really so rude. I don't recommend there anymore, NEVER EVER GO THERE!!!
