I was very pleased with my experience at On Clinic, I came here many times, and i'm always asking for "kasymova viktoria". She is very helpful and kind, She was with me at the doctor`s office everytime i heed her to translate for me because i am a forigner from Sudan and i speak english, I`t was good to be treated with profesionalism and viktoria`s cane. I am very thankful for her, She made me feel thet i was in safe hand, and even make me smile, then you can belive She is the best. I am truely grateful and won`t get that awful feeling the next time i get sick. I appreciated the folow-up and wilings to answer questions olsov. A big thank you to all of the doctors and staff, its like dealing with trusted family.

I ordered a PCR test to travel abroad (valid 48 hours from the moment the results were received), which is done about a day, but when the results were received, it turned out that the form contains one date, the date of delivery, and there is no date for receiving the results, but 90% of clinics that do such tests put two dates (delivery and receipt of results) called I was interested in almost all clinics that are engaged in PCR tests. The staff tried to help with this problem for which many thanks to them, but alas, the issue was not resolved. As a result, I have no one who needs a sheet of paper with the result. I do not consider their work a pumping of money and a modern approach to solving problems, at least I did not pay anything extra.
