I visited the "health center" for the first and last time today (gynecologist FILOLENKO) The fact that it was impossible to call there for 3 hours should have alerted me, and they answered that the other side of the phone was rather superficial and not friendly. At the reception they were greeted just as unkindly by answering standard questions reluctantly, as if doing some great service. Going to the doctor's office, I had to listen to her conversation with a colleague about personal life. Then I was asked the question "What came?" I want to note that they spoke only in Russian (although this is not fundamental for me), but they reacted to my Ukrainian as if I spoke Chinese. The doctor almost did not ask clarifying questions (did not even ask if I live a sexual life, although it seems a completely standard question), everything needs to be removed from it with ticks, my symptoms did not bother her at all, the review is quite rough (it lasted 2 minutes maximum) . Nobody asked me how I was. The whole reception was 10 minutes by force. (I have never had such a quick reception in my life) Then you are sent to the laboratory with tests (you have to do this yourself, and the nurse is sitting there for beauty). After receiving the results, you need to rush to the doctor in a live queue to prescribe treatment. In the office there is always a passage yard, when you are inspected, no one starts the door and everyone comes in a row. After receiving a portion of the negative, I hoped, at least for a normal purpose. She wrote it by hand somehow, without explaining almost anything, despite the fact that in most other private institutions you are given a printout with a full list of symptoms, treatment and recommendations. The doctor also stressed that I bought some medicines at the pharmacy at the hospital. In conclusion, they went around half of Poltava, the necessary drugs were not found, until one pharmacist said that they are no longer produced at all. From all this, we can conclude that the doctor does not have modern methods of treatment, does not understand new drugs and knows nothing about etiquette and polite communication, ignores the state language in principle. I advise everyone to go around this clinic 10 times and read the reviews before visiting (which I did not, unfortunately). Here you will be morally humiliated for your own money.

Due to the "lockdown" and non-admission to the state clinic, it was careless to pass a professional examination here. It is as if you are being imposed on everyone in this center: from wardrobe workers to doctors and nurses. I had to ask the ophthalmologist what to do when my eyesight drops. And from Laura in general it would be desirable to leave faster: the nurse or the doctor (nobody is presented) - rudely openly. It's even worse than a public clinic, I do not advise anyone.

I was at the reception of the gynecologist Filonenko S.N. A terrible impression remained from this institution, a boorish look, a conversation about nothing, a displeased face, after that I just don't want to ask or ask for advice. They took money both for consultation and for all sorts of smears, but in fact only consultation ... and that is nothing and about nothing. When I asked about smears and everything else, she told me that she took everything. Well, I know the opposite. She said that she was to be re-examined in 10 days. In general, I left, and to be honest, I will no longer turn to such a specialist. I believe that this is not her calling - to work and to communicate with people she is not given.

I would like to ask you what measures have been taken regarding the gynecologist Filonenko? I understand, no. Everything is as always in its repertoire. A terrible and boorish doctor. Never go to her. Don't waste your time and money.

I visited gynecologist Filonenko yesterday and was shocked to say the least, but even if I was paid extra, I would never go to her in my life. I tell her - I have bleeding, and she come tomorrow. What is this ?? This is a doctor! But animals are treated better! Unpleasant, rude, irresponsible! I never advise anyone to get to it! For almost 400 UAH. she did nothing but be rude.
