I have been using the sofa for almost a month, in general, the quality of the sofa is solid four. But a couple of nuances spoiled the opinion about this store. First, after 2 weeks the sofa arrived, but not all, the back bar had to wait another 2 weeks. And secondly, a defect was found that the store refused to fix (the lid is crooked, and the mechanism is adjusted end-to-end). I also planned to order a sofa chair, but most likely I will order it elsewhere.

I bought a sofa 4 years ago, still in excellent condition, I ordered a sliding wardrobe in the same place - it was delivered in 2 weeks! The kitchen was also ordered at the Carmen store. The guys did it individually, brought it in and installed it. Yes! Good discount was made. Recommend!

My husband and I bought a sofa on August 5, 2019. They paid 9300 for it. The quality of the sofa is terrible. After 2 months, the lamella broke. The owner of this company said what can be done to break the sofa. When I asked you the owner, he did not even admit. Waited until they change. Changed is not the best. You sit on the couch and fall through. If things are on the sofa, they will be all under you. For the back is not comfortable. Quality and price does not match. I do not recommend this store!
