The review is not about this gas station, but about the BVS service in general. They forgot a backpack with documents, money and valuables at this gas station. It was understood only in Kyiv. During 10 hours of our absence, no one from the gas station called, although the documents were full of our business cards. Did you expect us not to show up at all? ... Called the hotline of the BVS network - ZERO !!! help! They can't even contact the gas station to find out if there is a backpack! Spent 2 hours on meaningless chatter. Refueling phone is very secret information! But we are VERY grateful to the local police, who called us at the gas station, called us back in 10 minutes and said that the backpack was in place.

Bad service! Not tasty, expensive coffee! NOT FRESH SANDWICHES! THE PISTOL IS FUCKING! Cashier woman brunette 35 years old, then no problem, then wait, then talking on the phone! And there was no queue! I understand haircuts, but at least they put on caps! Hair is not pinned up, ew! Hot dogs are cold! Dust on shelves, product, terrible! And at night, in general, try to get some pistols! The toilet stinks!

Purely. Conveniently located - from Poltava to Kremenchug there is no normal gas station with a toilet, fast food and a store. But the staff ....... Did someone tell them something about customer focus? ATTENTION - fast food does not work at this gas station on weekends due to quarantine!
