Often, during working hours, I travel around Ukraine. Poltava railway station, Poltava-Yuzhnaya station I visit at night (because I go home to the Donetsk region - landing 4:37) quite often. There are always a lot of homeless people and drunks in the station, there are one or two passengers, and it's not because they are not there, they walk (and in the winter - freeze) on the street, because there are no seats for them in the waiting room. Employees of the station intentionally don't carry out the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 10, 1995 N 903 "On the rules of conduct of citizens on railway transport", which is clearly stated in the section "Rules of conduct on stations, platforms and passenger facilities" paragraph 9 - "During the hours from 22.00 to 6.00 in the halls of the station can be only persons with railway tickets for today and tomorrow, as well as those who meet and see off passengers. " I have not observed the National Police officers for the last 2 months, in the station premises!

The station is like a station. Nothing special. The atmosphere is not very pleasant at night. And smells are just something. If you visit Poltava exactly through this station, the passage is mandatory, but it is better not to iron the dogs, they are fat not because they are fed, but thanks to those who want to stroke them)

Here repairs are being done near the station, it is convenient that there is transport of any kind, Market, ATB, railway station, bus station, pharmacies, hospital and all banking services ... It is not convenient that everything except ATB and banking services is open until 16-17 hours.
