The only plus is that the right drug was found at night. Further solid minuses. Boorish attitude is unacceptable, it seems to me. And provide the customer with the purchase and delivery, the direct responsibility of the pharmacist. And while being rude in the conversation, well, somehow the buyer expects not such an attitude.
