IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CALL YOUR PHONE NUMBER! I've been trying for 3 days at different times of the day !!! AND THIS IS IN THE PANDEMIC PERIOD I HAVE TO GO !! IN THE DEPARTMENT, WHAT WOULD JUST ASK !!!!!!

Normal department, although repairs are needed. 2 regular windows + 1 exclusively for China. There are always envelopes and boxes.

I paid for the parcel express delivery plus the courier to deliver to the address. Express delivery is 5 days, and they also call from (branch 23) and tell them to come and pick them up. I will not use many services of Ukrposhta. Such a terrible service (((((

I am very dissatisfied with the fact that my parcels do not reach me, I’m already waiting for the 4th parcel that never arrived - it has been waiting since May, now it is mid-November, I don’t believe that the parcel is traveling for six months, there is a suspicion that my parcels are just go to someone’s pocket, the first time it was that the parcels arrived but no one called me and didn’t leave a piece of paper, if I hadn’t arrived on my own initiative, I wouldn’t see the parcel, now I go every week, but they say that there are no parcels - 6 months, 6 months are gone, think I believe? 3 months still went wherever, but 6? And I only have this with this department, before that I lived in Zygin - department 36014 - and there it was without problems, for 2-3 weeks (maximum a month) everyone came to me and always called not to miss a single parcel on the phone (2 stars just because I received some of the packages)
