Having stood in three queues at the central office and in vain, as the staff suddenly comes and leaves the workplace. There are no tabs about the break. It was necessary to buy only international brands. I went to the newly created 11 offices to chat with the management about improving the work of the offices. But there arose another problem - there were no marks at all. And this is before the New Year, when Ukrposhta's services are most needed to families. In connection with this I propose the following changes in the work of Ukrposhta on the discussion of management: 1. At the ticket office, when the employee is separated for a long time - put the information plate (I ended up without a change in 3 queues) 2. The number of brands should be planned for the largest holidays in sufficient quantity, as your services are most relevant at this time 3. If you want to leave the cash desk for delivery of parcels from the warehouse, let it operate twice the number of cashiers, but the worker will always be on the spot when the others will be busy delivering to parcel boxes from the warehouse 4. Marks can be sold at a kiosk separately - such a kiosk you have at the central office, but there were no brands there. And last time - to respond to the disadvantages of work and offer solutions, and not to breed shoulders. Yesterday was the opening day of the 11th branch, but the signboard is not all.
