I do not like Ukrposhta, eternal queues, disgruntled workers who do not want to work on schedule. There are three types of parcels, according to their importance / value. 1. Cheap trash from China - issued by the postman in the office after calling your phone, without checking documents and signatures in the magazine. Often, the postman is not there, other workers are looking for a parcel in the bins for 5-10 minutes, if not finding it - "come when the postman is there." Sometimes the office is completely closed, and you need to ask to open and search. 2. Ordinary international parcels - issued by the always sad girl in the delivery department. It is not always open on schedule, breaks are not on schedule or busy with their own business packing parcels, you have to wait. Looks at the passport, you need a signature in the magazine. 3. Estimated parcels - issued from the cashier, it's a nightmare. An eternal queue of 40 minutes, they work slowly, one ticket office, the rest are always on a "technical break". You are given a form for receiving a parcel, you need to enter all your passport data into it, then they go to the delivery department to look for a parcel, this is another 5 minutes. And if sending a parcel, then it is even longer, first you need to enter the details of the sender-recipient on the form, then they will rewrite it into the computer and print receipts. The queues are huge, because one cash register receives and issues letters and parcels, accepts payments (like a bank), issues pensions and newspapers by subscription. There are constant scandals, there are 10 people in the department, only one cash register works. As for the postman who delivers to the mailboxes, it's also complete horror, receipts and notifications are brought in a week late, thank you for bringing it in general. It's funny to receive notifications about a package that I already received last week =) Update: About six months after my recall, the state of the department changed a lot, probably someone was kicked out .. The postman no longer issues parcels; the delivery department was moved to the main hall; parcels are issued faster. Changed the rating from 2 stars to 4.

WHERE IS MY PARCEL WITH MEDICINES, THINGS AND DOCUMENTS?!?! Why do people have to pay money for such a "service"? Sent by Ukrposhta, only because of the international shipment, and how sorry ... Oooocher like workers ukrposhta. They will always understand, listen, help. And dissatisfied and growling visitors are always a lot. Some write that they serve for a long time. Yes, they serve quickly. It’s just that some letters are brought in, some payments are paid a lot. Many people are rude to coworkers. And you yourself try to work with all the rude and rude people. It happens that the grandmother pays for the utility, and hears hard or does not understand, so for a long time. And in line the youth already growls. So you will ever be so. You need to have respect for the elderly. And to the workers of ukrposhta! And it infuriates me when they start to resent that one employee is sitting at a dinner party! Good people, and you eat yourself during the day, I apologize, write, poop! ???? Or do ukrposhta employees have no right to this? Generally girls of department number 21, you are the best! People work on their feet, and customers stand in line for more than 30 minutes ... - this means an outdated system and service technology ... Grow! And we wait and suffer .....
