The service is terrible. My husband’s parcel (with his passport) was not issued (in Ukraine), but someone else’s parcel was issued instead of mine from China. You can stand for an hour near the window, hardly anyone will approach you, arguing that they are not responsible for the parcels from China, and the one who answers picks up the parcels in his Comorca, probably hoping that her colleagues will call her. Also, if you do not pick up the package on time, no one will call you and notify you that it is being transferred to paid storage. So thank you, ukr.mail, for quality service.

At the level of science fiction ... I did not meet such rudeness and incorrectness yet
