Fast and convenient, as in most branches of this service, but not all employees perform their duties honestly (unfortunately).

An employee of the department informed the recipient of the parcel that the Postfinance commission for payment control is a commission that the sender takes for himself. After the sender in a telephone conversation made a remark to her about the incorrect statement, she continued to insist on her own. As a result: refusal to receive cargo. The sale did not take place. We kindly ask you to resolve the issue of incompetence of the staff of this department.
