Nice office, nice staff who know their job. There are practically no queues, registration and receipt of parcels is fast.

Terrible department. The staff is rude as they breathe. The work schedule is constantly changing - you go and do not know whether you will get to the branch or it is already closed, because they print out a new schedule on paper. I do not recommend. I will no longer use the services.

The best department !! Very friendly and helpful staff. There is something to compare. Lack of modern software and repair. I used to receive parcels from China in the 7th department, but now - only in the 34th department. I'd rather go a couple of stops, but DO NOT get a bunch of discontent, rudeness and negativity.

I constantly hear the phrase "one operator is working, step back, do not interfere", etc. although there are at least 4 people in the department. Very impudent head of the department. Each visit to the department when she is in place is negative emotions. It used to be better. I do not recommend it.

Judging by the reviews, all departments of Ukrposhta work poorly .. My package came to this department, although I had to come to another department on the other side of the city. I called the hotline - the answer is "go to write applications for forwarding" and you need to pay money for this .. I went here, took the package, the main thing on the sticker is my address and my correct branch index.
