I came to this “miracle” salon to transform and create a new style. Preliminary showing what I wanted to get in the end. In place of this, I got boorish behavior of one of the masters, plus spoiled hair. I was kept for 40 minutes in foil and with a brightening mixture on my hair without any control. As a result, after 40 minutes, the reaction on the hair made itself felt. Instead of light strands and a full SHATUSHA on the hair. I have a green tint of over-spiked hair that has been dyed with DARK BROWN with a red tint. And initially, the “Master” showed what I want. I was also accused of being to blame for the fact that my hair is green. Allegedly, in the pool with bleach I bathe and dyed my hair with henna, in general I did not get anything good. And for this MIRACLE I received a check in the amount of UAH 2470 for dyeing and cutting my hair (naturally, I needed it after my hair turned into straw). Those who grow their hair long and hard understand how sad it is to cut off -5 cm from the length. Why I was not warned that I won’t get light strands of a light brown shade, I don’t understand, I also wonder how it was possible to leave my hair for 40 minutes in a lightening mixture WITHOUT UNIFIED CONTROL. A BEAUTY SALON OF SUCH A LEVEL AND WITH SUCH PRICES ARE SHOULD at least MUST check the reaction of the hair and monitor what happens to them. When they came to understand this situation, the salon management stated that according to color schemes and lightening, with clean hair, there should be no green shade, and alas, oh, they made me guilty that they turned green. Instead of recommending or doing something with this situation, in the end, returning money for damaged hair, I was once again blamed for my green hair. The leadership denies the guilt of the master hiding behind his diplomas and so on. I cannot and will not recommend this salon. Do not repeat mistakes!
