Very good place to stay

The hotel is good, warm (outside the window it was -15), clean rooms. There is everything you need, a TV, a spacious bathroom, a balcony. But .... a very unpleasant senior receptionist, who combines many directions. Arriving at 4 in the morning at the hotel and after vacating the room at 13.00, she listened to discontent about the fact that she needed to be released before 12.00 and she is not at all interested in being very late. Check-in. Although in similar situations in Poland, the Czech Republic was always calm in such cases, they were allowed to leave the room 1-2 hours later. It is a pity that such a person runs a quite decent hotel.
