For 11 years I lived a dream - to demolish my old wooden house and build a new one. What should be the new, unfortunately, had little idea. I had! paired corner wooden house with neighbors behind a common wall, surrounded on both sides by power lines, plot area of ​​0.053 ha. Not a house, but a problem that also cracks and crumbles. I understood that the architect would draw something, offer something, but I was expected to decide both suggestions and wishes. And they were few. I am very lucky with "CONSTRUCTIVE", there is a very, very talented architect Yuri. Yes, I'm not exaggerating. Man was simply born to radically change the architectural world. This is mine, subjective. Still, no one will believe me until I cross paths with this architect. Then there was a meeting at the facility, my sluggish insecurity, misunderstanding of myself and my wishes, I will be honest. It was awful, I understand that. Yuri, sorry for that. They didn't demand anything from me, they just listened, realized that the benefits were small and made an appointment in the office in a few days. My family and I came, and here we are shown two radically different projects. And two are perfect, yes, perfect. And here is the stupor and understanding that you want to live in these two houses. However, my last name is not Akhmetov, so I had to choose. I couldn't do it, I confess. This is the only "disadvantage" of the company "CONSTRUCTIVE", to put in a position to choose from two ideal options. I never thought it could happen to me. Usually I make decisions mobile. Not this time. The last word was for his wife. The only thing that influenced the choice - a slightly larger area of ​​the kitchen work area in one of the projects. You may not believe it, but it was the only argument in favor of the final project. What am I talking about? Confused. OK. Later, there were small details of the details and the builders started work. After the construction of the second floor, the builders said (it's a rarity!) That I was lucky with the architect. And all the arguments were given. In fact, every detail came together, no extra gas block, no extra kg of concrete, I did not believe that this happens. The builders, to put it mildly, were shocked by the accuracy of the calculations and the modernity of the project. They asked about ideas, "because we have not seen such a scheme, how much we build", they appreciated the thoughtful rational use of each cm of living space, for the benefit of all. Subsequently, there was an unscheduled visit of the architect to the object, so he decided. The builders panicked and fussed a little, but still received a satisfactory grade in the work. In fact, there are flaws in every work, and in theirs, they understood that if an architecture guru visits an object, discussions about flaws can begin. They just understood that they were not building on the author's project of yesterday's student. The design was considered and expedient, certain details and amendments in accordance with the project were taken into account. I write and all the shots from the building run through my memory, from the first meeting to the last screw in the roof. So touching and emotional. And very cool. There is still a lot of interior decoration work ahead, but such design work only inspires to finish everything faster and just enjoy the dream that came to paper from the creative imagination of the architect and came from the tedious work of builders in Lviv. Yura, thank you for your talent, your professionalism, your support, patience and inspiration!
