It happened on Friday, no one picked up the phone at the service department, we sat on this day on December 1 for 5 days in the cold and without hot water. Given this time of year, namely the beginning of winter, the dispatcher did not provide any answer about when the master will arrive. I strongly do not recommend this engineering center or company
