The faculty opened and licensed 2 specialties: 204 Technology of production and processing of livestock products and 181 Food technology. The faculty consists of 5 departments: Technology of processing livestock products, Technologies of production of livestock products, Breeding and genetics of farm animals, Feeding and zoohygiene of farm animals, Physical education and sports. Today, 3 professors and doctors of science, 24 associate professors and candidates of sciences conduct educational, methodological, scientific and educational work at the departments of the faculty. At the three departments of the faculty there is postgraduate study in the specialties: breeding and breeding, animal feeding, technology of production of livestock products.
