The Odessa National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet. According to Forbes Magazine 2008, the Odessa National Opera and Ballet Theater is one of the 11 most interesting sights in Eastern Europe, and it is the only theater in the list. The pages of this theater's amazing history are full of names and events out of which emerge much of the cultural history of Odessa. It's really worth seeing!

Great place and good performance

Well I couldn't see a performance as we were still in lockdown but I managed to get escorted by a lovely lady around the theater.The atmosphere when empty is enthralling,it must be pure magic come performance night.I doubt that any show would disappoint for us visitors because the venue and event would carry it alone. You would expect to see an Illusionist like the character Ed Norton plays in the movie to be on show here along with the people of that era.

Its a great tourist spot . Very crowded , so many fun activities to do their other than attending a concert , there is angel statue infront of the house , local belief is that it brings us good look

It's a major landmark, of course you should check it out. It's a beautiful building and well maintained area. Plus if you're in center, it's not far away at all.
