No customer service whatsoever. Rude and unprofessional. They should not be on Deribassovsksya. Bad experience. We sat down at the table before the place was open and the rude waiter or security told us basically to clear off. I have never seen anything like this in the world.

Very good steak. Excellent service. They really nailed the medium Bistekka steak. Our waiter, Aleksander, did amazing job from the beginning to the end. Really good English speaker. Best waiter in Odessa. Strongly recommend.

I appropriate air conditioning, they are obviously saving on it, which is unacceptable for this level of restaurant. It takes too long to get your order even if the place is almost empty.
