Ukraine Kafe Hotelʹ

We were today with my husband in this cafe. The menu is located on the wall, approaching the bar, the menu is closed by flowers, and coming closer to the menu the viewing angle is not very good. We ordered 2 servings of grilled bone steaks, vegetables with mayonnaise (tomatoes and cucumbers), uzvar , Coca-Cola and bread. My husband praised this cafe very much, he often goes to work in that direction and comes in to eat. But apparently in this cafe the cook changed and what they brought me honestly killed me on the spot. I am a cook with 17 years of experience but such I did not see food and serving anywhere! The flocks were burnt, respectively, there was a taste of bitterness, the meat itself smelled badly near the bone (it was no longer fresh). There was no serving, despite the fact that a piece of meat costs 100 UAH, it was served with ketchup and chopped onions, not even greens! The vegetables were just chopped (the tongue does not bother to say that this is slicing) with thick half rings of onions not even pickled. They chopped a cucumber and chopped onions and tomatoes. The girl who at the reception desk did not like the order: unfriendly, unsmiling, unhappy me !!! It seems to me that in our time every client should be happy, and not treat it as if you are the kings of the earth, and we are clients are nobody !!! This is wrong !!! I can't! This roadside cafe caused a storm of negative emotions, no impressions from the food, money wasted !!! Cleanliness is average, we had lunch near the window, the windowsill is dirty, dusty, and I wanted to wipe the table! My husband wanted to make me pleasant , but I was upset myself that the kitchen had changed for the worse. I cannot recommend this cafe, since there are better options. But to each his own. And by the way, in the corner for the buyer there is no book of complaints and suggestions, I would have written wishes there, but alas! The husband said that the owners are good, so I wish them to change the chefs so as not to lose customers!

Once again we visited this cafe! A wonderful place from the few in the city, unfortunately, where you can eat deliciously and bask in the last warm days on the street)) And the administrator (very pleasant, clearly knowing her job), and the waiters, and the whole atmosphere again pleased !!!! I recommend!

interesting for 5 points, and cook for 3 and then with interference. the ribs were burned, the fries were very salty. sad to leave such a review.
