Old hotell that need fix up.. The only good is indoor pool and sauna

i had the worst experience in my life in this hotel i left 10000€ in my room when i came back it was stolen i got very mad and rushed to the receptionist who didn't help at all and called the cops on me. the cops threatened me with jail and asked me for 1000€ to start the investigation. i asked for the staff and tried to communicate with them but they kept ignoring me. they took all the money i had and threatened me with jail. this was injuste and i'm still asking for justice in this country everyone is corrupt and it drives me crazy. please i advice you to never visit this hotel at all.

Not a worthy place their breakfast is good but their management literally has no manners what so ever. I booked up (for 2 )the place over the phone confirmed it like 5 times and when I arrived they told me sorry just place for one is available which was extremely small like a prison and without any ventilation and the rest is all booked which was a lie more over their were water pipes in the cupboard which were always draining 24x7 and you cannot sleep like it’s impossible and secondly on the day of departure I informed them that I’m leaving late and the receptionist dimitry ( the rude illiterate one) said sorry the room is booked which later I got booked from another receptionist , thanks guys you ruined my holidays never ever gonna think to stay here again.

We stayed there on June 10th. Horrible place to stay at. The two ladies at front desk were rude, unhelpful and even refused to let us charge our cell phones. Very unhelpful. Rooms carpet worn out, beds were not firm. The guy who stand there by front desk offer women for money. Stay away from this place and don't let the outside picture of the Hotel fool you.

Friendly personnel. Priced okay. Rooms need remodelling. Carpets are worned out and there's mould in the bathroom. No insulation between rooms. I could clearly hear and understand conversations in adjacent room.
