The stay is nice for a couple on holiday weekend. A little bit too pricey for what we saw. Was disappointed that there was a lot of snow on terrace furniture. Great and helpful staff, nice breakfast.

Olga did a great job providing me with a excellent stay and met my customer service expectations. Also hotel has great facilities but no luxury experience.

A great hotel with many attentive staff. It's a real pleasure being able to see the Dolphins so close up and swim with them if you wish. It's family friendly and I would recommend a visit.
