An apartment with many amenities, in terms of repair and technology, everything was fine, but the location was upset. In order to simply swim on the beach, you need to take a minibus for 5-10 minutes, since the nearby beach is uncomfortable and does not make you want to go there. There are no supermarkets nearby, only a stall where you can buy little. Also, they asked the hostess, about the guests, they said they could bring them until 11 p.m. Then the guests arrived, at first they did not want to pksk, then at 10 a.m. they were told to leave. Still, we managed to sit until 11, despite all these claims. If you want a great walk, you have to drive about an hour to the center. The apartment is not worth the money, you can find it cheaper and closer to the city center, as well as to the beach.

It needs to be restored. And so everything is very mediocre.

The rooms are old, the doors are creaky, there is really no parking, only a couple of parking spaces above the road, the center is really not 15 minutes, but a half hour drive. We arrived for a day, stopped at 21:00 and we were told to vacate the room at 12:00 the next day. There was no human relationship, it is clear that people have only money in their eyes. They asked if it was possible to leave in the evening - they refused us. They asked if it was possible to call in at least in the evening and take a shower after the sea - they put up a price tag of 200 UAH. I categorically do not advise, the price does NOT match the quality!

We liked. Were already two times. Spacious rooms. Far from the center, but with a car, this is not a problem. But the room rate is lower than in areas close to the center. Near a large park, the air in the evening awesome. In 20 minutes walk there is a good beach "Green Hill". You can use the kitchen, it is convenient if you are too lazy to go to a cafe in the evening. The service is friendly and unobtrusive.
