New cosy with very nice design hotel, but had small undone things. Overall very good location and 5+ for design

Stay Away Cheating Owner! We Booked a Room for 48.48 UHA but after we made the booking they tried to explain that the price will be 48.48 USD! I never ever in my whole travelling experience had any issue and i book about 50 Nights per Year. Stay away unless you wanna get ripped off from a rude, unfriendly and unprofessional owner! I even found in the internet on other booking pages Room rates over 1000$ per night! -> all proven in the pics. Make sure you avoid this place!!!

Good location in the center. Nearby major attractions. The hotel itself is small but cozy. In a constant process of improvement. Located on the third floor of an old building. The hostess is very friendly and always ready to help.

A wonderful place to stay! Greatly celebrated the New Year with a cheerful company. Cozy and homely! Recommend! 🎄🎇😊👍🥰

Terrible !!! My husband and I came to Odessa for a walk for a couple of days, settled in their so-called "hotel", have already laid out our things, are going for a walk. As soon as we left, the owner immediately caught up with us and said that they had mixed something up there during the check-in, so that we could go now and take our things, and that other people would come to our room now. Not only were we in a hurry, we were still looking for a place to move in for half a day. No, I understand, everything in life happens, but since it is their fault, they would find us a hotel and tell us where to go, and not just “Pack your things, we got mixed up”. Just awful! The owner was very worried about the reviews, apparently this is not the first time. So, if you are going to walk around Odessa, and settle here, walk all day and think whether they will evict you from your room to the street ули In general, they just ruined the whole day and the mood for us!
