Unbelievably unprofessional! I was ready to book two surgeries and contacted the clinic. I got a swift reply from the manager who adviced me to set up a WhatsApp group with the two doctors that would perform the surgeries. I did that, added pics and asked my questions. They read it but didn't bother to answer. After a week of silence I asked again. I got a " that is an easy operation, I thought that the other doctor had answered. His procedure is the main operation" (it would have been perfectly obvious that his colleague hadn't answered if he would have bothered to look at the chat...). It's been two weeks now and they read the messages but can't be bothered with answering. I have never experienced this level of absolutely unfathomable unprofessionalism. They obviously do not want to hear from you so take your business elsewhere. Also - read the reviews above. Apparently the hygiene is atrocious so this arrogant and uninterested attitude may have been a blessing in disguise. Absolutely unfathomable. (EDIT: the promise to contact me (below) with an explanation was obviously a lie. Three weeks later and not a single word. This "clinic" is just unbelievable). 😂

He convinced him to do it as soon as possible. They had an operation and there was an improvement. Several years have passed, now the child is breathing quietly, talking normally. You can trust this doctor. He is a good and honest professional in his field.
