Nice health spa: good gym, pool and all associated services. Very good stuff, cool installations. The only negative point: working hours, they start @0700, on week-end even more late. Be aware: expensive.

You can spend the entire day here. In to the sauna into the pool and so on. Then take a nap on a chair and then go back int the pool.

Fantastically disgusting attitude towards customers! I pay a rather high cost for a subscription and cannot use the services. I wrote on Instagram asking when I can visit the pool, they answered me, but they forgot to point out that the free swimming pool is not open all day. I arrived at 3pm and could not swim. Wasted time. Today I again asked the question, having already asked to clarify what hours I can come, the message was read pretty soon (for which there is a screen in confirmation), but there is no answer. Two hours later, I called the manager and after the conversation I was left even more disappointed. Manager's question "What are you trying to achieve?" (meaning my comments) I took it as an accusation that I have an ulterior selfish motive and I find such an accusation extremely offensive. Dear SK Formula management, I want to assure you that with this comment I am not trying to get free services. I just want to receive correct and complete information in a timely manner, and I also want to receive the services that are included in my subscription. Respect your customers and their time! Then in a conversation, the manager said that she was reprimanded for writing reviews. I'm sorry that this happened, but I do not find it my fault. Moreover, from my point of view, it is not professional to blame the client. In total, we did not have a constructive conversation. I received information about the operation of the pool only after 3 hours, and then I had to ask and clarify. It would also be very nice if, when answering questions in the messenger, the employee was in no hurry to say goodbye so soon. It is very unpleasant to read "Have a nice evening!" when the issue has not been resolved or there are additional questions. It's a shame that the club has such a terrible service. I don't want to remain a Formula customer.
