Good old hotel.

The complementary spa makes it more than worth it

Nice location, good prices in winter!

Does not fit to 4* standards. I would hardly put 3*. Old building with old furniture and decoration inside. Some rooms with scratched furniture. Some rooms cold. I'm not talking about dust and spots on carpet. Other rooms have bars on windows so in case of fire emergency no way to escape. Prices unnormously high for such conditions. I'm visiting Odessa frequently but will not stay here again.
