Came for the issuance of the card - and they are for me - sit in line, we need to record the issuance. As a result, I sat for an hour with a baby in my arms and I did not have the strength or time to wait there anymore. I do not recommend going there at all!

In a few months, he came home once and left unpleasant impressions. I wanted to throw on my card through the terminal UAH. The terminal accepted the money and hung up, did not issue a check. At that time there was no passport with him to write a request for a refund. I had to travel 25 km for my passport. Then they wanted to send me a copy of my passport somewhere, and a good consultant sitting at the window offered to help and make a copy. I want to note the rough work of cashiers (previously there were problems with this bank - they did not add 400 UAH, then even had to watch cameras), one of the cashiers in general said that large sums through the terminal should not be transferred, but use the cash desk. Therefore, we carefully list the rest !!! A very big thank you to the consultant (sorry I don't know them) who was sitting by the window, she was really behaving, it was evident that she wanted to help) Therefore, if you want to urgently transfer more than 1000 UAH carefully with the terminal, because your money can "hang in the air" for at least 10 days. Therefore, it is better to use the cash register. In my case, the bank returned the money in 10 days

Exterior: the building needs repair. I failed to get a card of this bank in two times, then the manager is busy, then the computer does not work. Having stood in the queue for 30 minutes to get money, it did not work out, the program does not work either. The telephone recording service at the reception also works poorly. Permanent queues.
