Lounge Bar No Pasaran

Intro: We were looking for a Shisha Bar with reasonable prices, only Shisha, no food and a local atmosphere. Well we found it. They showed us the way how ukrainian smoke a Shisha (Foto). Nice but nothing for us, very heavy on the lungs. Service: English speaking guy how told us many things about Shisha in Ukraine, always there for new coal and he let us smoke some of the "ukrainian style" Shisha. Very funny friendly guy, he definitely made the evening. Shisha: one word - different! Much heavier than the german ones, we had at first some trouble, but as we got used to it, no more problems. Also we were there like 2 hours and Shisha was still good Prices: We payed ~230UHK for two big beers and a Shisha, that is more than fair. Interior: It was hot, not that much air and in the basemen, but that was the kind of bar, we were looking for and definitely a bar, where you can meet locals. WC not that clean, but it's ok. Style in general suited for a Shisha Bar. Conclusion: I think this is the place to go for, if you want a "real ukrainian Shisha" and socialise with some of the locals, especially as non ukrainian.

The best place to stay, I often visit it with my company, excellent service, superb people, the best hookahs (always satisfied with the quality), excellent beer, I recommend to everyone !!!!

I came to the institution. Hoods do not work, the room is cold and draws cold air. Hookah came immediately, brought the menu and disappeared. I saw that the menu is different from what was indicated on their instagram page. He waited 20 minutes, no one approached me, saw that the hookahman had not even started to hook up the hookah. Silently left. The management is sitting, smoking hookahs at the tables and stupidly do not care. It is not surprising that there were no people in the institution.
