Toilet, shower, sink in the room but all together and very compact. There is not enough space in the room, but it is enough for two adults or for a family with a child. Tap water is salty, you need to buy it for food, it is sold on the way to the sea, it is desirable to buy your own containers, because it is expensive to buy containers there. For some reason, not all rooms were hot, but we were lucky. There are two more buildings on the base - one new on four floors with the best rooms, and two-storey. There is a shared kitchen and gazebos with barbecues, lights and sockets, parking spaces, playground. The staff at the base is polite and attentive, the main thing is to respect their work. Regarding the sea: the beach is relatively clean and wide, soft sand, the sea is not deep. Many cafes and clubs along the waterfront, prices for different tastes.

We took a standard room, which costs 1000 UAH. per day. The room has a kitchen (electric kettle, built-in inductor, pot, two cups, two spoons, two forks, two plates, a plastic cutting board, a knife, a small refrigerator with freezer, hood, sink (cold water flows)). If there are small children you will be additionally (optionally) provided with a cot. We liked it. Took a room on the 1st floor and friends on the second. The sea is a short walk of about 5 minutes.

The price of UAH 800 per day is high under such conditions. To the sea almost 1 km. There are gazebos, barbecues, you can fry kebabs and TD, but no axes, no nets, no skewers. There are no utensils or appliances in the shared kitchen.
