Great service, clean room, excellent wifi.

Summer 2019: This hotel proposes one of the best price to quality ratios in the area. The attitude of the personal is very nice, rooms are comfortable, with few nice touches (multi-standard electric power sockets, anti-mosquito fumigator in the room). Cafe is definitely not perfect and might benefit from some cooking lessons, though there's plenty of other options around the hotel. The pool doesn't have a heating or a shallow zone, but overall it's quite sufficient in summer heat, so it's okay in my book. Water in bathroom is a bit salty (a common problem in Koblevo), DO NOT drink it, and buy bottled water. Pro: a bang for buck, and nice personal. Cons: location near the attraction park, you might want to specifically ask for quiet room on another side of building.

Our favorite hotel! We have been resting here for 4 years in a row and we come several times a season. And all because here they take us with a dog and no one looks at us crookedly. But it should be borne in mind that our dog is small, very calm and well-mannered. The staff are very nice. The location is excellent, the first line and immediately the center, though not very suitable for lovers of silence. But plastic windows save the situation. 😄 The only thing I take off the star for is the repair. It is already possible to slightly update both the cosmetics in the room itself and the furniture. And another very big request to make in the shower shelves for cosmetics. There are tiny ones where only one shower gel fits. Well, the minus is that during the season the maids simply do not have time to clean the room properly. I would like to see a cleaner room upon arrival.

Pros: friendly staff (cleaning is great, breakdowns in the room were also quickly resolved), in addition to the reception. Good Wi-Fi. Cons: 1. Noisy on the street. There is no "quiet" side. You always have to close the windows at night. 2. Noisy in the hotel. Sound insulation is minimal. Even the door to the room with holes. Hear the neighbors: conversations, steps. If the neighbors are noisy, it will not sleep. 3. Power outages. Sometimes we woke up at night to the sound of the air conditioner on / off. And there were cases when there was no electricity during the day. 4. "Beaten" number. Even the door did not set a goal (see photo). The door frame swings. The wooden wall near the bed is broken. There is no mosquito net, so mosquitoes and flies are your problems. The boiler leaked (not only here, by the way). Thanks to the man who quickly replaced him. 5. There is no fresh water. Want to take a shower after the sea? It will not work out, because there is also salt water. And you can judge its quality from the rust that appeared from the boiler in a couple of hours (see photo). 6. Settlement is long. There is one woman sitting at the reception, who is on the phone, settling in, evicting, and solving other issues. 7. The sewer in the room always stinks. The cafe on the territory is like that.

Liked it a lot. Friendly and welcoming staff. There is a cafe. The food is delicious, the prices are adequate. A big plus - the pool. A small minus - I would like more gazebos, those that are (2) have already worked out a bit. The amusement park in front of the window on the one hand is a bit "stressful", and on the other - it's so fun to sit in a room and watch people fly up to a height of 8 floors😅. And most importantly. Rooms with sea views are great. Please next year 6 or 7 floor with sea views😉 Thanks!
