I would like to describe the current situation in the clinic, so that God forbid no one would repeat our path. We went to the clinic last year because my brother started having back problems. We were sent for an MRI scan and after that Dr. Elena Gennadievna Makarenko diagnosed the 2nd degree scoliosis. They prescribed a course of procedures for 10 days (700 UAH / one day), and also prescribed a corset worth ~ 16,000 UAH. All procedures were fully completed and this year we returned for a second examination and the second stage of procedures. When my brother came from another city for the second stage, I was greatly surprised that nothing had improved since the last time, and even worsened, although all the instructions were followed properly. I decided to take him for examination to Dr. Ershov in Odrex. Where before and after the X-ray a 100% diagnosis was made of scoliosis of the 4th degree with a curvature of 55%. For understanding, this degree is not amenable to correction and is solved exclusively by surgery. It became clear that from the very beginning there was no point in carrying out physiotherapy and wearing a corset, since at the first examination it should have been clear that this type of scoliosis would only progress without surgery. As a result, thanks to Elena Genadievna Makarenko, we have spent money on the first year and part of the second, and more importantly, time. The doctor of the clinic initially knew that an operation was needed, but apparently decided to make money on the procedures, since such operations are not performed in Odessa. I would also like to describe the absolute disinterest of doctors and staff in the patient. You arrive by appointment at 9 am, there is no one except the cleaning ladies. You call 1000 times and pick up the phone in a disgruntled voice after 1001. Moreover, when I came to pick up the extract about the procedures, I had to fight for it. This is another fact not in favor of the clinic, that you never have any papers on what and where you go. I managed to get a stamped copy of the patient card and that's it. Most of all, the staff surprised me after I said that I needed documents and we would no longer be served in the clinic where they were deceiving us, they asked me if we would come tomorrow. Just a shock! Concluding the whole story, I want to say that if you have back problems, go to another clinic, do not waste money and energy, and most importantly invaluable time on the Old Lady, then it will only get worse and many times more expensive. For 8 years I had a problem with heel spurs, I turned to various specialists. On Slobodka, an operation was recommended in traumatology. I decided to go to the Starish clinic. I got an appointment with Oleg Pavlovich Ivakhnyuk, an excellent doctor explained everything, prescribed a course of treatment. After 7 procedures, it became better, the pain began to go away, after 10 everything went away !!! I'll take a test shot in a month! The staff at the clinic is very attentive, the nurses in the treatment rooms are polite, the masseurs are super! The administrator will always suggest a convenient time for procedures! I am very grateful for the help! It's great that we have such a clinic in our city !!!!

Overall, the treatment was good. Everything was done as prescribed by the doctor. I learn about the results after repeated passage of research. I especially want to note the massage therapist Konstantin! Very cool specialist. After each massage, he feels fine and free. I will go to him further! I recommend to everyone!

I treated my back, was treated for 10 days. They helped me, I recommend. There is a smoking area on the balcony, ashtrays would be cleaner. Sometimes the music for relaxation during the treatment that plays from the ceiling turned into Heavy metal. The staff should be smarter and softer.

I visit the clinic on the 5th day. I got pain in the lower back, they sent me to Dr. Oleg Pavlovich. I was satisfied with the consultation and treatment, on the 2nd day the pain passed, without any medication, using a set of procedures. However, I wanted to express dissatisfaction with the work of the staff with whom the patient communicates for the next 10 days. On the first day, they didn’t just explain what and how to do it, saying “come on, lie down” ... but what kind of apparatus, how much time to lie, how to correctly position your leg, what was the effect ... despite the fact that I was alone in that moment. Of course, everything that I was personally interested in, I asked. But, I got the feeling that it’s important for them to just press the buttons ... and when I get to the Clinic, in which they take care, it causes more confidence. Today there was an appointment at 08.00, the clinic is empty ... the rooms are closed, there is nobody at the reception ... at 08.15 they started ... with what you understand, it happens ... it's expensive. Forgive me, of course, but if you prescribe the procedure for patients at 08.00, please ensure the work of the Clinic. I sign up for a consultation with a doctor, they tell me one price, and I say, but the information hangs in the corridor ... I signed up for sure, but I would like to receive relevant information. Paying for 5 lessons in advance, I suddenly remembered that they hadn’t given me the check (although they had given it for the first time!) And I was returning from the treatment room (considering that the amount was large) so that I would be given a check! And of course, it’s very important, that for two days in a row in different offices they confused my appointments !! It’s good that I already knew what I needed ... In my opinion, as a patient, I need to work with the staff ... I hope this review will help the Clinic become better!
