The flowers delivered were of such low quality that my lady friend actually refused to accept delivery of the bouquet. She tried to work with the owner to seek an acceptable compromise, but the owner didn't want a compromise. She wanted extra money for a second delivery and refused to accept that the flowers were not of the quality promised. Unless you buy the flowers in person I would not trust this business. They do not treat their online customers with respect and decency. MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE - MORE LIES. THE OWNER WANTS TO SUGGEST THE FLOWERS WERE REFUSED BECAUSE SHE DID NOT WANT A GIFT FROM ME. SIMPLY UNTRUE. THE FLOWERS WERE REFUSED BECAUSE THEY WERE OF LOW QUALITY. MY GIRLFRIEND TRIED TO CALL THE OWNER SEVERAL TIMES TO FIX THE ISSUE, BUT THE OWNER WOULD NOT OFFER A REASONABLE COMPROMISE AND WANTED MONEY FROM MY GIRLFRIEND FOR A SECOND DELIVERY. THE OWNER IS A SCAMMER.

I have not lived in Odessa for a long time, but I have relatives there. Since there is no way to congratulate personally on the holidays, I order flower delivery through this service. They have a wide range of choices. The bouquets are tasteful. Flowers stand for a long time in a vase. Couriers always deliver bouquets exactly on time. It's good that there are such services. I can recommend.

I live hundreds of kilometers from Odessa, so I cannot personally congratulate my relatives with fresh flowers and gifts. Сразу хочется отметить, что выбор действительно большой. Мы выбрали впоследствии композицию из 51 тюльпана (микс). Связались по телефону, договорились о времени. Сработали отлично. Доставку выполнили в оговоренный срок. Дочь, конечно же, была в восторге.
