Default 0, one star for feedback work. What's wrong: 1. The doctor did not want to receive the test results, which I submitted in advance, to his computer in order to study them. I also did not want to get acquainted with the results of the analysis and the treatment of the girl. This is important because it was an appointment with a urologist. 2. The doctor did not explain anything in details, he treated my problem arrogantly and phlegmatically. Constantly pretending to be annoyed by me, who understands nothing in urology. 3. But the main problem is the appointment of treatment. No pills or self-treatment, just a set of procedures with us and nothing else. ONLY WITH US AND ONLY FOR 7 thousand UAH. To my question, is there another way without massage and other physical procedures, they answered me - we treat this way, in other clinics it is different. As a result - I wasted 450 UAH for the appointment, because I did not go to their treatment, but went to another clinic, where I was prescribed normal treatment, without "my own obligatory" procedures. I passed it and everything became ok. The conclusion is simple - I do not recommend contacting this clinic, because to be treated you will be agitated only by internal procedures and nothing else. Speaking of feedback, the managers very clearly processed my claims and tried to unscrew and justify their necessity, here they are definitely a plus, but I'm going to the clinic for treatment, and not to have my OS processed.
