It looks nice and pretty on the out side. But unfortunately rooms are smaller than the advertisement says and they have insect problems in those rooms. Not necessarily bedbugs, but a lot of cockroaches different sizes and shapes and spiders. I got to my room around 1am because of plane delays and had to work early in the morning. So I needed well deserved rest but instead of resting I was killing bugs and spiders that were crollin on me all night. There are far better hotels in Odessa than that not recommended from me.

The hotel from the outside looks very impressive but this is it from the inside you getting a slow and really lacking service from the reception the documentation of staying at the hotel i have been asked twice and the reaction is why i need it , the room is lacking on the first look with a better cleaning and new bathroom items. Also the restuarant at the evening is not attractive at all although the interior the glasses of wine was unclean and the menu was lacked with food the restuarant wasn't knew from the reception discount and more then that at our present the staff started to close the restaurant and to take all off the maps from the tables , the food was also undone and was rare and not eatable . Not recommended at all!

It was a bad experience... Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations at all. Small rooms, bathroom should be renovated completely. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom. Breakfast is everage. I think hotel requires complete renovation.

Restaurant with a tasty kitchen.

Ok, so first of all Olga at reception has great customer service skills. Ekaterina, who was there most of the time, complete opposite. The gym is extremely small with too much equipment for the space. More than 3 people in there and you can't exercise. The rooms are decent size, but need to be remodeled/ renovated, especially the bathrooms. I was in 306, and I picked it because it faced the inner court yard, which Olga was nice enough to give me a choice. The morning breakfast has lots of options, and actual chicken! A secret they don't tell you is they will fry eggs and cook oatmeal/porridge for free if you ask. Service is terrible/typical Ukrainian. I didn't eat any of the other food at the restaurant but it looked good. They have free umbrellas to use for when it rains. Wifi worked great! Location is far from the main tourist area of Odessa, (about 1.8 kilometers)not too too far from the beach, but not close either. But it's right next to the huge park.
