It's more relaxing

This is well off the tourist trail in Odessa, needing to negotiate a very busy multi lane route into and out of the city. The entire park is really run down with many derelict buildings. I would advise not to venture into any of them. The paths through the park are in a fair condition leading to a children's playing area and one or two cafes. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the area feels safe. If your staying in the area, it is quite a walk from the known tourist hot spots.

This is one of the biggest parks on the west side of Odessa close to the Slobodka area, very calm place has a pond in the middle and a lot of old and big trees with lot of greenery, but it needs some care so the municipality should put some efforts to improve , good for families

It has a lot potential to be a good and quite attractive park in the area. But the administration seems to be not paying much attention. Poorly maintained and scary in the evening. However not sure what does the building stood for...???
