Extremely corrupted. I was in Arcadia on July 18, 2020, and they closed down bars and clubs (which they should and it is their right) which didn't pay their bribes, but some places like Ithaka/Ibaza club were open because they paid their bribe to be open during the covid restrictions. As a person who is a neutral passer by, it pains me to see this as I want Ukraine to devolop and such obvious corruption is just too embarrassing.

Useless , habibi restaurant steal people money I went to police to compline but the police didn't care maybe they work together . I will never go Odessa again in my life

On the Railway Station Square, racers race every day. There is a terrible hum and noise. Constant violations: driving in two lanes. Calls to 102 are useless. The police either send on foot patrols or do not come at all. And if he does, it’s two hours at best. Where can you drive two hours from? If the police do not cope with their duties, why does the city need such a police that cannot create normal conditions for the citizens of the city.

The police decided to issue me an admin panel at the railway station for smoking in the wrong place, after talking with them I feel sorry for the inhabitants of our city, maybe there are normal ones among them, but in general you can describe them with the word cattle,
