I decided to write a statement and went through the examination (removal of beatings). I had to quit my job. I was periodically interested in the progress of the matter. But there was no move at all. The aforementioned district police officer, each time referred to his employment, found all kinds of excuses and for 1.5 months did not establish the identity of the offender. I personally learned about the transfer of the results of the beatings examination to the regional department. Someone took them 07/30/2019, which was reported to the district police officer. Once again talking with him on 10/17/2019, he says that he did not see the result of the examination and cannot find it, and in general he is on vacation and very sick, and I distract him from preparing for the operation. He pressed on pity. All the reasons and excuses sound ridiculous and ridiculous. I think that Penkov Konstantin Sergeyevich dishonestly fulfills his duties, deliberately delays the time to send the case for closure, which causes certain suspicions. To date, things have not moved forward. I was in the district department itself ... The call center behaves indifferently and lazily. I spent about an hour there, waiting for something incomprehensible. As a result, the issue was resolved within 5-7 minutes. The call center defiantly solves their personal issues, not questions of citizens.
