Fine! The impressions from this establishment are very positive. All at the highest level. Incredibly tasty, it is noticeable how qualified the cuisine is in cooking fish, the flounder I ordered is the most delicious flounder that I have eaten. Wonderful soups, our company had a mix of hot and cold soups and they were very tasty. Excellent service that did everything in their power to ensure the comfort of our stay. The view outside the panoramic window deserves special praise - it is a pleasure to sit by the window. Only one thing can be said about the cleanliness of the establishment - perfect. The prices are not small, but they fully correspond to the level of this establishment. Rating 5+, I recommend.

I have not seen such a terrible service anywhere else. We ordered lunch in advance for a group of 10 people, and it's great that we ordered cold snacks in advance. After all, we had to wait for the rest of the dishes for more than an hour. But let's start in order. As soon as we arrived, we asked for a wine recommendation, and the waitress girl simply didn’t react. She simply did not know anything about wines! Is a sommelier position superfluous for a restaurant of this level ??? Well, OK! We figured out the wine. And to begin with, they asked to bring prosecco and oysters. This is where the trash started !!!! Prosecco was carried for 20 minutes, and oysters for 1 hour !!! And eureka was never brought !!! Something happened in the program, and the kitchen did not see this order, so they tried to explain to us after an hour had passed. But for the whole hour we were catching waiters (and there are a lot of them there!), Who told us that oysters were opened somewhere upstairs. They forgot about oysters, the main dishes were also prepared for more than an hour. They put the wine on the table in a bucket of ice, but they just didn't open it, and then they looked for a corkscrew for another 20 minutes. And the final, simply enchanting blow was coffee! They carried it for 30 minutes, but they could not bring it, because the coffee machine ran out of beans. What???? The mood was completely ruined! And no one responded to our requests, except for the banquet manager Olga, she was really sorry for the service. The waiters simply ran away to the kitchen after every our request and did not decide anything! How to explain? There was no excitement in the restaurant, yes, people drank cocktails at the summer party, but there were no banquets or loading. Even one point is a lot!

The interior is minimalist and modern, offers a direct view of the sea, quiet music plays. As a compliment, I was served jamon chips with kimchi mousse - crisply, bitter, generally good for a snack before the main course. The next position was duck liver pate with foie gras. Airy, light, the presentation is great. For the main course, I ordered a sea bass with mashed peas and mint. Sea bass is tender, and the whole dish is very light and harmonious. I advise this restaurant to those who want to experience new gastronomic sensations or just to spend an interesting evening watching the seascape.

One of the best places in Odessa. Service at the height, impeccable service, delicious food and delicious serving. It's a sin to be a guest of this hotel and not come for breakfast to this restaurant! If desired, you can try your dish on the terrace. With confidence I recommend to visit, you will not regret.
