Amazing food with reasonable price! I had three meals there in a row and had a great experience in Golden Rice! Both owner and waitress were very friendly. It is a Vietnam restaurant, but I had the most high quality Kimchi Fried Rice (Korean) and pineapple fried rice (Thailand) in Europe! The location is central and I would totally recommend to anyone who want to enjoy a nice yummy Asian meal in downtown Odessa!
