The office pencil case came without fittings, although they were assured that it was inside the box. I went to the store on this issue, they promised a lot, but I had to buy the accessories ourselves. When contacting the office of the store, everyone was very polite, but this did not help solve the problem. But after calling the store and talking with the seller, I had to drink Corvalol. The nervous, irritable, raised tone left a very unpleasant impression. I DO NOT STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO USE THE SERVICES OF THIS STORE.

We went to this wonderful store in the evening to look at the furniture. Already at the exit, the wife asked the guy sitting waddling if they had a website where you could see the entire assortment, to which she received the answer: "We are already closing." Thinking that maybe he misunderstood, she asked again, but the answer was the same: "Yes, yes, we are closing! Come tomorrow!" Fortunately, there was a woman who came up on time with a leaflet and gave information (it was only thanks to her that I put a two, not a one). Attention question: how many customers have this individual scared away from the store? Good luck!

Turn off maintenance and assembly. First, the manager Galina accepted the order without warning about the size of the depth of the kitchen modules, imposing “excellent” assemblers, of whom Dmitry, assembling the cabinet, first left a dent in the baseboard, and then hid the bursting leg of the module, fixing it with a self-tapping screw, left a crack on the module wall strongly twisted self-tapping screw. To my question: why didn’t I say this, there was an answer that I forgot. And on contacting the store, the manager Galina, communicating quite rudely, replied that she was busy with other customers. One module, after numerous calls, was sent for replacement, because it came with a cracked angle. Dear management, if you value the reputation of your store, take control of the actions of your employees !!! Because anti-advertising is spreading faster !!!

We ordered 3 wardrobes. The purchase took place over the phone. The furniture was delivered on time. Satisfied with the service.
