The gym is good , but tiny . The trainers are welcoming. Could have put a better rating if the receptionist was a Bit more professional , I dont live in ukraine , I asked for 1 week membership because of my leave , instead of paying 3 memberships for 8 days of training , it was a solid NO , with a bit of attitude and manners which I consider unprofessional when it comes to costumer service . The same receptionist mixed up my card with another client . I am myself a trainer and this is super super unprofessional .

Nice gym, clean, friendly staff, sometimes it gets crowded during rush hour, but even then, there is enough space for everyone. I definitely recommend the trainer Violetta Palamarchuk, who will lead you to the desired result
