Very very poorly maintained building and the apartment. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Nice and secure place. Not far from the beach. Not entirely clean rooms. I think the interior decorations of the apartments are there to distract you from the lack of cleanliness. :-D

Very bad Service, it is nearly impossible to get past the security as an foreigner, because they expect you to call them.... then somebody comes to the gate and maybe you can get in.... Sorry, but that's just crazy .... I dont have a Ukrainian sim card .... And after I complained about that with help of Google translate they were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Because we couldn't solve the problem we booked a second hotel for the night... Very bad experience
