There was a queue at the post office. While waiting for my I watched the operator at the queue. Lost 3 !!!! my parcels per month. Nothing super-valuable, but unpleasant and suspicious. In addition to the three lost parcels, another one, after asking the employee, was at the postman "in the wrong box", and it would hardly have ever come to me if I had not asked about her. In short, terrible, but in some cases there are no alternatives.

It’s been impossible for 4 weeks Then suddenly the schedule changes, due to the lack of staff, which can only be reached if you do not work anywhere and sit at home, okay, you can understand this, take time off from work to steam during working hours, and the staff feed breakfasts, promise to call back, clarify -no one calls back! in the end I have to go home from work again, so they tell me AGAIN to come tomorrow !! This is a mockery of people, not Mail!

Update Ukrposhta either has not yet fully worked, or failed. In the department there are huge queues, it’s dirty, they take people for a long time (a computer, a program hangs constantly). Several times they turned to the department for their parcel, no and no. As a result, she came, but in 6 days no one was able to accept her at the department and update the information. What a mess 20 years ago was and remains so now. It is very disappointing that the state post office has not become better and will have to use the services of private companies :(
